About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a client’s mobile app + web interface project. This role requires someone who can establish Agile processes from scratch, drive sprint execution, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. You will act as the bridge between clients, account managers, and the technical team, ensuring clear communication, realistic timelines, and smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project delivery from planning to release for both mobile (React Native) and web (Node.js, React.js) applications.
• Set up and manage Agile processes – sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Translate client requirements into clear user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with developers and QA to ensure iterative delivery in 2-week sprints.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies to avoid delays and scope creep.
• Use Jira (or similar PM tools) to track progress and maintain project transparency.
• Collaborate with account managers to provide structured updates and reports for clients.
• Oversee release cycles, QA practices, and cloud deployment processes.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience managing mobile & web application projects.
• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong understanding of mobile app (iOS/Android) and web development lifecycles.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and other PM tools.
• Knowledge of cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and QA best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery under pressure.
