Technical Project Manager - Web/Mobile Applications

Job Summary:

KDYS Lab Pvt Ltd is seeking a Technical Project Manager with 1-2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and guiding the development of new features for a sophisticated SaaS platform. You will work at the intersection of product management, user experience, and software engineering to ensure our product continues to meet and exceed user expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product requirements, create user stories, and manage the feature backlog using Agile principles.
• Collaborate with the development team to refine technical specifications and provide guidance on data modeling and architecture.
• Work with UI/UX designers to ensure a world-class user experience is at the core of all new features.
• Conduct research to inform the product roadmap and ensure a competitive edge.
• Serve as the key point of contact for product-related questions, ensuring alignment across design, development, and business goals.
• Ensure all new development is consistent with the existing platform's architecture and standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of professional experience in technical project management, product ownership, or a similar role in the software industry.
• Demonstrable experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Strong technical aptitude and a foundational understanding of web technologies, including APIs, databases, and front-end/back-end interactions.
• Proven ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
