Technical Proposal Engineer specialized in flour milling systems

Job Description:

• Create and implement lean business processes to reduce costs, increase production efficiency, and ensure the efficient operation of production lines.

• Create production plans through the ERP system, monitor data, analyze, and report.

• Ensure the correct and sufficient procurement and use of materials and equipment required for production.

• Ensure that production orders are produced on the planned delivery dates, with the desired specifications and quality, and in accordance with the technical drawing.

• Manage quality control processes for machines that are under production or assembly, as well as completed ones.

• Report, resolve machine malfunctions, and ensure maintenance is performed on time.

• Ensure the orderliness of machine equipment and the working area (5S).

• Ensure smooth progress of processes by maintaining good communication with departments related to the production process.

• Monitor and manage employees on-site and during operations.

• Ensure production teams work in accordance with environmental, worker health, and safety rules and given instructions.

Technical and Behavioral Skills We Expect:

• Proficiency in computer-aided design and production machinery (CNC, Milling, Lathe, Laser Cutting, Welding, etc.).

Requirements:

• Location: Çorum Organize Sanayi Bölgesi – Alapros Production Facility.

• Education Level: Graduate of Engineering Faculty from universities.

• ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety, ISO 14001 Environmental Certifications.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience.

• Military Service: Completed.

• Driver’s License: Class B.

• Fluent in English.
