Location: Alexandria – Full-time, Onsite / Remote (5 days/week)

Monglish International Academy is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our HR team.

This role focuses on recruiting qualified teachers and academic professionals for our growing educational network.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for teachers, trainers, and academic roles.
• Source candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, TEFL platforms, etc.).
• Conduct interviews, shortlist qualified teachers, and coordinate demo sessions.
• Collaborate with academic heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
• Support employer branding initiatives within the education sector.

🎓 Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or HR (preferred).

✅ TEFL / CELTA / DELTA certification (a strong plus).

✅ Previous experience in teacher recruitment or educational hiring.

✅ Excellent English communication and interviewing skills.

✅ Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced academic environment.
