Responsibilities:
1-Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to identify and hire top talent within the organization
2-Develop and implement people policies and procedures that align with vision and culture
3-Oversees the recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles
4-Design and deliver a wide range of HR programs that support employee development, engagement, and retention
5-Drive the onboarding process for new hires ensuring they have a positive experience
6-Advise and coach leaders and managers on HR related matters
7-Collaborate with business leaders to design organizational structures, job roles, and talent management processes to drive organizational strategy
8-Work on different projects to enhance people experience throughout the employee life cycle
Key Qualifications:
1-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
2-From 2 to 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 years as People & Culture with a solid experience in talent acquisition
3-Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
4-Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and take a proactive approach
5-Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines thorough understanding of human resources related laws, regulations, and compliance procedures
