Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including software engineers, developers, QA, DevOps, data, and IT positions
  • Understand technical job requirements and collaborate closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial technical HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Negotiate offers and support onboarding activities
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies, software development life cycle, and technical roles
  • Experience hiring for roles such as Developers, Engineers, QA, Data Analysts, DevOps, etc.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field
  • Experience hiring for international or remote technical roles
  • Exposure to BPO, IT services, or software house environments
