Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including software engineers, developers, QA, DevOps, data, and IT positions
- Understand technical job requirements and collaborate closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct initial technical HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate offers and support onboarding activities
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, software development life cycle, and technical roles
- Experience hiring for roles such as Developers, Engineers, QA, Data Analysts, DevOps, etc.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field
- Experience hiring for international or remote technical roles
- Exposure to BPO, IT services, or software house environments
