Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across various roles within our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the technical landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment channels effectively. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening our talent pipeline and supporting our company's growth objectives through strategic talent acquisition initiatives.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for technical positions using platforms such as ATS, LinkedIn, social media, and industry networks.
  • Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide consultative recruitment support.
  • Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, iCIMS, or UltiPro to track applicant flow and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Engage in campus recruitment efforts and participate in career fairs to attract emerging talent.
  • Maintain knowledge of employment & labor laws to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and talent market insights to optimize sourcing strategies.
  • Manage relationship management with external agencies, job boards, and social media channels for effective lead generation.
  • Support employee orientation, employee relations initiatives, and succession planning activities as needed.

Experience

  • Proven experience in technical recruiting or HR sourcing within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong background in executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and internal recruiting preferred.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems such as Lever, Taleo, iCIMS, or Workday; experience with HRIS platforms like SAP PeopleSoft or Kronos is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of employment & labor law, contracts management, employee evaluation processes, and HR systems such as ADP or Paychex.
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation, relationship management, cold calling, and lead generation techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively across multiple channels including social media management platforms.
  • Experience with sales techniques applied within recruiting contexts; familiarity with tools like Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally within a team environment. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
