We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter with 1+ year of experience in IT and Digital Marketing recruitment. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the complete recruitment lifecycle and delivering quality hires within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Digital Marketing requirements
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social platforms, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR evaluations
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Schedule interviews and ensure smooth follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and reports
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Handle offer coordination, negotiations, and joining formalities
  • Work towards achieving monthly hiring targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in technical recruitment
  • Strong understanding of IT and Digital Marketing hiring processes
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
