This is a full-time, on-site Technical Recruiter role based in Gurugram. The Technical Recruiter will manage the full-life cycle recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire the best talent. Key responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. The role requires working closely with team leaders to develop and execute strategies for acquiring top-tier technical talent while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Strong background in Technical Recruiting, Recruiting for technical roles
• Exceptional Communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively
• Proven ability to source and screen candidates using various methods and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
• Relevant experience in IT or software development organizations is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
