Technical Recruiter

Role Overview

As a Technical Recruiter, you will lead the sourcing, screening, and hiring of top-tier software developers and tech professionals for Turing Technologies’ growing engineering and product teams. You’ll work closely with technical team leads to understand role requirements, drive candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with engineering and product leaders to define role profiles and hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen technical candidates (CV review, phone screening, initial assessments).
- Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and manage candidate communication.
- Advocate Turing Technologies employer brand with candidates and external partners.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and hiring progress.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in technical hiring.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
✅ 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within software engineering.
✅ Strong knowledge of software development roles and technologies (Frontend, Backend, Full-stack, DevOps).
✅ Demonstrated experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
✅ Experience with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing platforms.

Nice-to-Have

✨ Experience recruiting developers with React, Node.js, Next.js, NestJS, MongoDB, cloud, and mobile technologies.
✨ Prior experience working with early-stage startups or global remote teams.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
