Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based roles, from requirement intake to offer rollout.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS databases, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical skills, communication, cultural fit, and eligibility to work in the US.
  • Collaborate closely with US hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Screen candidates for US work authorization (W2, C2C, 1099, visa types, etc.) and maintain compliance standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across US time zones.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and provide regular pipeline and status updates.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume technical roles.
  • Negotiate compensation, benefits, and offer terms aligned with US market standards.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter with direct exposure to the US hiring market.
  • Strong knowledge of US IT roles, including software development, QA, DevOps, cloud, data, and cybersecurity.
  • Hands-on experience with US job boards and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS).
  • Solid understanding of US employment models and visa types (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, OPT, GC, USC).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
  • Experience working remotely with US-based teams or clients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with US staffing or consulting firms.
  • Exposure to healthcare IT, fintech, or enterprise-level hiring.
  • Proven record of successful placements in the US market.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
