Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based roles, from requirement intake to offer rollout.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS databases, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical skills, communication, cultural fit, and eligibility to work in the US.
- Collaborate closely with US hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Screen candidates for US work authorization (W2, C2C, 1099, visa types, etc.) and maintain compliance standards.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across US time zones.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and provide regular pipeline and status updates.
- Build and manage talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume technical roles.
- Negotiate compensation, benefits, and offer terms aligned with US market standards.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter with direct exposure to the US hiring market.
- Strong knowledge of US IT roles, including software development, QA, DevOps, cloud, data, and cybersecurity.
- Hands-on experience with US job boards and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS).
- Solid understanding of US employment models and visa types (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, OPT, GC, USC).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
- Experience working remotely with US-based teams or clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with US staffing or consulting firms.
- Exposure to healthcare IT, fintech, or enterprise-level hiring.
- Proven record of successful placements in the US market.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
