Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social platforms
  • Screen and shortlist resumes; conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams
  • Maintain and update candidate data and hiring pipelines
  • Assist in employer branding efforts across digital platforms
  • Support offer rollouts and onboarding coordination

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (HR or related field preferred)
  • 1- 2 year of recruitment experience (tech industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with ATS and candidate management best practices

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months
