This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Recruiter based in Hyderabad. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle. The role involves closely collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, engaging with potential candidates, building a talent pipeline, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The individual will also work on developing creative recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent and successfully close positions in a timely manner.

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring processes
• Strong understanding of Technical Recruiting, including working with candidates in technical domains
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for candidate and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is preferred
