Technical Recruiter - Big Entities

Our client Big Entities is looking for Technical Recruiter in Lahore.

Timings: 1:00 PM - 10 PM

Location: DHA Phase 3 - Onsite

Experience: 1+ year in technical recruitment

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in hiring for IT and technical roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, .Net, Angular, AI Engineer, etc.)
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipeline and ATS records
• Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding process
• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in technical/IT recruitment
• Strong understanding of technical roles and basic tech stacks
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
