Technical Recruiter Day Shift

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruitment process for our technical roles. You will be the key ambassador for our company, responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring the exceptional talent. This role operates on a standard day shift, allowing for optimal collaboration with our hiring managers and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and technical requirements for roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from sourcing and engaging passive candidates to screening, interviewing, coordinating, and closing offers.
• Utilize innovative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, niche job boards, and networking events) to build a robust pipeline of diverse, high-quality candidates.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring every candidate feels valued and respected.
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring teams on market trends, competitive intelligence, and effective interviewing techniques.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, conversion rates) to continuously improve our processes and strategies.
• Maintain data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

Required:

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, either in-house at a tech company or at a recruiting agency.
• Demonstrable experience recruiting for a variety of technical roles.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology.
• Expertise in sourcing techniques and a knack for finding passive talent.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with a modern ATS
• A data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics and process improvement.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
