We are looking to hire a senior & mid-level Skilled Technical Recruiter to join our Human Resources department. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for all external recruiting and staffing activities related to attracting, sourcing, selecting, and hiring talent into StaffShaw Pvt Ltd. needed to move the business forward.
Responsibilities:
- Screening job applications, shortlisting suitable candidates, conducting initial phone calls, and booking interviews
- Draft recruitment advertisements: post and place ads in the most effective digital media for open positions (LinkedIn and other appropriate job boards).
- Partnering closely with Department Managers to understand the needs of the roles to be filled, aligning on an effective interview process, and keeping them updated on the recruiting pipeline & timeline.
- Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications
- Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Design and implement HR SOPs, policies, procedures, and working life cycle, including payroll and benefits policies
- Provide counselling on policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or above degree in HR, preferably MBA-HRM or a related field preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in IT Consulting & Software Development organization
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting technical talent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite & knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Willing to work in the shift timing of 7 PM to 4 AM (Night Shift)-On-site

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
