Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Conduct interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment

Qualifications:

  • Must have batcherlors degree in Business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience of technical hiring.
  • Must have experience in Zoho software & Monday.com
  • Excellent written and verbal commutation skills
