Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and records.
  • Conduct initial screenings and reference checks.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring documentation is complete and orientation sessions are conducted.
  • Support in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
  • Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with department heads for workforce planning and staffing needs.
  • Assist in organizing HR activities and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and assist in implementing best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations (preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
