- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and records.
- Conduct initial screenings and reference checks.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring documentation is complete and orientation sessions are conducted.
- Support in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with department heads for workforce planning and staffing needs.
- Assist in organizing HR activities and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and assist in implementing best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations (preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
