Job Purpose:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Recruiter with 15+ years of experience to join our growing IT Services team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and hiring top tech talent to support our mission of transforming financial services through innovation and technology. You will work closely with hiring managers across engineering, product, and data teams to drive strategic hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles including backend/frontend engineers, data scientists, DevOps, cloud architects, and cybersecurity specialists.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align hiring strategies with business goals.

Source candidates using advanced techniques across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and IT Services-specific communities.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.

Coordinate interview logistics, feedback collection, and candidate communication.

Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Maintain accurate records in the ATS and generate hiring reports as needed.

Stay updated on IT Services hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.

Preferred Qualifications:
