Job Description

HBCS is looking for a Technical Recruiter with software house experience to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience hiring technical talent and managing the end-to-end recruitment process in a fast-paced environment.

This is a fully onsite role based at our Gulberg Greens office, suitable for candidates who are proactive, organized, and experienced in technical hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (developers, QA, DevOps, ERP, etc.)
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial technical HR interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with technical teams and management
  • Maintain recruitment pipeline and hiring reports
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter
  • Software house experience is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and hiring processes
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment
