Technical Recruiter - Urgent Hiring

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter who can join in 7 to 10 days with a strong background in the software industry, capable of independently handling the full recruitment cycle for technical and business roles. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring top talent across various domains including SQA, Development, and Business/Sales roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical assessments
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
• Maintain and update recruitment tracking tools and reports
• Ensure timely closures of positions with quality talent
• Support in employer branding and outreach campaigns

Must-Have Experience In Hiring:

• SQA Engineers (Manual & Automation)
• Web Developers (Java, JavaScript, Python, Ruby on Rails, etc.)
• Business Developers / Bidding Experts
• Digital Sales & Marketing professionals

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of recruitment experience in a software/IT company setting
• Strong understanding of software development roles and technology stacks
• Proven track record of closing multiple positions under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Willingness to work onsite during evening shift (4 PM – 1 AM)
• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
