The Opportunity: Drive Enterprise Security Growth

As part of our continued expansion in integrated security solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to drive new business within the enterprise segment. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with deep technical expertise and a passion for building secure, technology-driven environments.

You will act as the primary technical consultant, translating complex client requirements into effective, commercially viable security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through active prospecting and client engagement.
  • Technical Consulting: Conduct site assessments and risk evaluations to design and present tailored security solutions.
  • System Expertise: Lead solution design and demonstrations for enterprise-grade physical security systems, including:
  • IP-based CCTV & Video Management Systems (VMS)
  • Access Control & Biometric Systems
  • Screening Equipment (X-Ray, Metal Detectors)
  • Sales Management: Prepare technical and financial proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve defined sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate closely with project and implementation teams to ensure seamless post-sale execution.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Communications, or Electrical Engineering (or related technical field).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Sales Engineer in Physical Security Solutions (CCTV, Access Control, Screening Systems).
  • Technical Skills: Proven success in designing and selling integrated security systems.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Mobility: Field-based role requiring regular client site visits.
