About NESL-IT

NESL-IT is an Islamabad-based IT services company working with international clients across the US & Europe. We provide software development, QA/testing, and technology solutions, with a strong focus on hands-on learning and mentorship.

About the Role

This internship is for Computer Science / IT graduates who want to learn how IT services are sold globally. You’ll work closely with the CEO to understand client communication, Upwork bidding, and technical sales.

This is not a traditional sales role , it’s where technology meets client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

1) Bid on Upwork and similar platforms for IT services

2) Communicate with international clients (calls & video meetings)

3) Understand client technical requirements and propose solutions

4) Support lead generation, pricing, and deal closing

Who Should Apply

1) CS / Software Engineering / IT graduates or final-year students

2) Strong technical understanding

3) Good English communication skills

4)Interested in combining **technology + client interaction**

Not suitable for non-technical degrees (BBA/Marketing)

Compensation & Benefits

1) Unpaid Internship

2) Commission up to 5% on successful closings
