Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to lead our marine spare parts sales operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the marine industry and proven expertise in technical sales, with a focus on spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for marine spare parts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the marine industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers regarding products and solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and report performance to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Technical Sales Manager in the Marine Industry, focusing on spare parts.
• Must be based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
• Strong knowledge of marine equipment, spare parts, and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
