San3a Tech is seeking a technical sales professional with a background in digital-fabrication tools and customer-facing technical operations. This role supports the expansion of our Innovation Labs Installation and Support service. You will generate leads, guide clients through solution selection, prepare quotations, close sales, and coordinate site readiness, installation, calibration, and maintenance. Flexible hours and periodic travel to client sites, vendors, and industry events are required, and your week will balance office work, hands-on lab tasks, and direct customer engagement. You will collaborate with a focused team of engineers and makers committed to delivering reliable makerspaces and innovation labs.
Lead Generation:
Map target segments, build validated contact lists, and reach out to potential customers with market-driven insights.
Tender & RFP Management:
Monitor public and private tender portals, evaluate bid opportunities, and submit compliant technical and financial proposals.
Needs Assessment:
Respond to inbound inquiries (phone / email), assess needs and budgets, and guide clients to the right service bundle.
Solution Demos:
Conduct live or virtual demos, facilitate in-lab tours.
Quoting & Negotiation:
Prepare clear quotations, negotiate terms, bundle extended support/warranty, and close deals matching revenue targets.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline stages, produce monthly forecasts, and flag cross-sell or upsell opportunities.
Event Representation:
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events and gather insights on trending tools and competitor positioning.
Customer Success & Account Management
Project Onboarding:
Capture customer requirements, create equipment layouts, and develop installation plans.
Relationship Management:
Manage the project from contract to hand-over, own the schedule, coordinate resources, align stakeholders, and mitigate risks.
Setup & Calibration Assistance:
Assist in verifying facility readiness and performing equipment setup, calibration, and testing.
Feedback:
Gather customer insights and success stories, and collaborate with Marketing on case studies and product-road-map input.
Continuous Support:
Follow up with clients, schedule preventive maintenance, recommend updates and upgrades, and deliver tailored support packages that meet their needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related technical field.
2-3 years of experience in technical sales, technical operations, or other relevant roles.
Familiarity with prototyping and digital-fabrication equipment (3-D printers, laser cutters, CNC, etc.).
Ability to translate technical specs into clear ROI language for non-technical clients.
Solid grasp of quotations, basic cost models, and contract terms.
Proficiency with CRM (preferably Zoho) and Google Workspace.
Excellent written and spoken Arabic & English; strong presentation skills.
Proven organisational, project-management, and multitasking ability under tight deadlines.
Self-starter who delivers results with minimal supervision and welcomes feedback
Committed to delivering quality solutions and "getting the job done".
Experience selling to or working within educational institutions, makerspaces, or innovation hubs.
Familiarity with service-contract administration and warranty management.
Trade-show planning or booth-management experience.
Ability to deliver operator training (English & Arabic).
