Position: Technical Sales Executive – ERP Software

Location: Onsite / In-Office

Salary Range: 9,000 – 10,000 (monthly) + 5% Sales Commission

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and technically skilled Technical Sales Executive to join our ERP solutions team. This role combines consultative sales expertise with strong technical knowledge of ERP systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, presenting tailored ERP solutions, and working closely with clients to ensure our software aligns with their business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospects and clients to understand their business challenges, workflows, and requirements.

Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and presentations to showcase ERP functionalities.

Translate technical features into business benefits to support decision-making at all levels.

Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and implementation teams to design tailored ERP solutions.

Respond to RFPs, technical queries, and prepare solution proposals and documentation.

Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a smooth handover to the implementation team.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and upselling.

Stay up-to-date with ERP industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ERP software sales or technical pre-sales.

Strong understanding of ERP modules (Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.).

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver measurable results.

Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
