Technical Sales / Specification Engineer- Construction Chemicals

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Technical Sales / Specification Engineer / Consultant to promote our products and solutions to consultants, architects, contractors, and developers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing product specifications in projects, supporting technical sales activities, and building strong relationships with industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and secure product specifications with consultants, architects, and engineers in ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Provide technical presentations, product training, and demonstrations to consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Support the sales team with technical expertise during project discussions and tender stages.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to ensure correct product selection.
• Prepare technical submittals, compliance statements, and documentation.
• Identify and track new projects and business opportunities within the construction and engineering sector.
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, developers, contractors, and project managers.
• Work closely with internal teams including sales, engineering, and product management.
• Monitor competitor products and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
• 3–7 years of experience in technical sales, specification, or consulting roles.
• Experience working with consultants and project specifications in the construction/engineering industry.
• Strong understanding of technical documentation, standards, and project requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build long-term professional relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of UAE / GCC construction chemicals / admixtures market.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
