Technical Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Service Manager with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (BEE) to lead our technical team.

Experience:

• 1–2 years in electrical/technical roles (preferably with some supervisory or team coordination experience)

Job Description (JD):

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the technical service team in the installation, maintenance, and management of energy storage solutions, electrical systems, and related equipment.
• Oversee routine and preventive maintenance of solar systems, inverters, batteries high voltage and low voltage, and energy storage solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all electrical and energy operations.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and clients to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
• Review and approve technical reports, service logs, and maintenance records.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and energy storage issues and provide guidance to the technical team.
• Plan and schedule team activities, allocate resources, and provide training for skill enhancement in solar and energy storage systems.

Requirements:

• BEE in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute.
• Strong knowledge of solar systems, inverters, batteries, and industrial electrical systems.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic industrial environment and handle multiple tasks.
