Technical Shift Manager Aircraft Maintenance

Oversee Aircraft Production Activities: Manage all aircraft production operations during the assigned shift, ensuring efficiency and adherence to approved procedures.

Decision-Making & Operational Direction: Provide strategic direction and make timely decisions to achieve shift objectives in line with regulatory and procedural standards.

Maintenance Execution: Supervise the implementation of both scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and compliance.

Production Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Continuously monitor production plans and respond promptly to any delays or technical issues to minimize operational impact.

Compliance & Safety Assurance: Ensure all activities comply with SAUDIA standards and industry regulations, and that safe work practices are consistently applied.

Aircraft Status Reporting: Maintain real-time awareness of aircraft status and communicate any delays or serviceability concerns to relevant operational departments.

Shift Handover & Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation of all production activities and provide comprehensive briefings to incoming shift management.

Training & Development: Assess training needs and design appropriate programs for shift teams, aligned with operational requirements and the Saudization initiative.

Workforce Scheduling: Manage overtime and vacation schedules to maintain optimal staffing levels and ensure the presence of qualified personnel at all times.
