Technical Solutions Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a smart and adaptable Technical Solutions Engineer who can serve as the in-house technical anchor across multiple platforms. This hybrid role covers WordPress and SaaS platforms, GoHighLevel (GHL) implementations, and the ability to design solutions using modern AI-based tools and automation platforms. The ideal candidate is curious, hands-on, and able to translate client needs into practical, tech-driven solutions. It is full time onsite role.

Responsibilities:

● Maintain and optimise WordPress websites and support other SaaS/web platforms.

● Configure and manage GHL workflows, funnels, and automations.

● Provide technical authority in client meetings and pre-sales discussions.

● Work with AI-based tools (e.g., Lovable, Cursor, Airtable, n8n, Zapier, Make) to design and deliver smart solutions.

● Stay updated on emerging AI SaaS products and propose innovative implementations.

● Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to scope and implement client requirements.

Requirements:

● 2–4 years of technical experience with web/SaaS platforms.

● Strong knowledge of CMS Platforms like Shopify /Wordpress/ WebFlow , CRM systems, and workflow automation.

● Hands-on exposure to AI productivity/automation tools (Airtable, n8n, Zapier, Make, Lovable, Cursor or similar).

● Excellent problem-solving and solution design skills.

● Strong communication for client-facing technical discussions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs175,000.00 - Rs225,000.00 per month

Experience:

• GHL and Wordpress: 2 years (Required)
