Technical Support Associate.

We're looking for "Technical Support Associate" for a Telecom Company.

Age Limit: Not more than 35 years old.

Only Males can apply for this Job.

Qualifications: Graduation is must (B-Tech or Bachelors in IT related field will be more preferable)

Experience: Atleast 6 months to 1 year

Timings: Morning shift

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems,
• Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults, replace parts as required.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs37,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Islamabad Federal Board: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
