Technical Support Coordinator -FEMALE

Key Responsibilities Service Coordination

  • Receive and register client service requests and technical complaints.
  • Coordinate with technical support engineers and field technicians for issue resolution.
  • Schedule site visits, maintenance activities, and emergency support.
  • Track service tickets and ensure timely closure.

Client Communication

  • Act as the primary contact between clients and the technical team.
  • Provide updates to clients regarding service progress and issue resolution.
  • Handle customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Technical Team Support

  • Assist technical engineers by organizing service schedules and assignments.
  • Follow up with technicians to ensure tasks are completed according to schedule.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technical staff.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain service logs, maintenance schedules, and support documentation.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly support reports.
  • Maintain records of system warranties, maintenance contracts, and service history.

Coordination with Other Departments

  • Work closely with sales, project, and procurement teams for spare parts and service requirements.
  • Support project handover processes from the project team to the support team.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Electronics, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, and Intercom systems is an advantage.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously.

Experience

  • 1–3 years experience in technical coordination, customer support, or service coordination, preferably in an ELV or technical services company.

  • Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Professional communication and reporting abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
