Technical Support Engineer

India

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, primarily focusing on issue investigation and resolution.

* Reproduce customer-reported issues in the test environment, analyze root causes, and document detailed bug reports.

* Perform manual functional testing of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure quality and stability.

* Create and maintain clear and comprehensive test cases and test scenarios based on product requirements.

* Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to clarify requirements and ensure effective issue resolution.

* Validate bug fixes and verify proper functionality in different environments before deployment.

* Assist in preparing release notes and testing documentation.

* Monitor system health and assist in diagnosing any unexpected behavior in production environments.

* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates on issue status and resolution timelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
