Technical Support Engineer

Soothmedia Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the office network, CCTV systems, attendance machines, server infrastructure, and providing general IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
• Install, configure, and manage CCTV surveillance systems
• Maintain and support attendance/biometric machines.
• Perform regular server maintenance, backups, and performance checks
• Provide IT support for software, hardware, and system-related issues
• Assist with setup and maintenance of office computers, printers, and other IT equipment
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices

Requirements:

• DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Electronics or relevant field (Preferred)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
