Role Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Support & Onboarding Executive who can assist customers from product demo to onboarding, resolve technical queries, and ensure a smooth setup experience.

This role bridges technical expertise and customer success — ideal for someone who understands both technology and business communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide live demos of Aiwati’s WhatsApp API panel and features to new clients
  • Assist customers in account setup, API configuration, and onboarding
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to API, campaigns, and integrations
  • Coordinate with the technical team for bug reporting and escalation
  • Guide clients on product use cases, automation, and best practices
  • Collaborate with the sales team during presales discussions to explain technical feasibility
  • Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and track onboarding progress
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience from demo to activation

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in technical support, onboarding, or presales for SaaS / CPaaS / WhatsApp API / CRM products
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and SaaS platforms
  • Excellent communication in Hindi & English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude
  • Familiar with CRM or support tools (Zoho, Freshdesk, etc.)
  • Ability to handle client calls, demos, and technical walkthroughs independently
  • Own laptop and reliable internet connection (mandatory for remote work)

Salary & Perks:

  • ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)
