Position Overview
dormakaba is seeking a Technical Support Representative I based remotely in the continental US. The Technical Support Representative I is responsible for providing technical support to dormakaba customers for their software and for their hotel door locking system. This is done by performing a diagnosis while guiding users step by step towards solutions. This person is also responsible for issuing authorization for product returns.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Hourly Salary $20a - $24 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.
