Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi
Shift: Rotational

Provide timely technical assistance and support to clients or internal teams across different shifts. Resolve hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to technical inquiries via phone, email, or chat across rotating shifts.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior technical teams when needed.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and maintain knowledge base articles.
  • Assist in testing and deploying new software or system updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and common software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts as per business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
