Job Opportunity: Technical Support Services
Location: Rawalpindi & Islamabad

About the Role:

This role involves providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring they receive timely and effective assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Offer technical support and troubleshoot issues related to telecom services.

· Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and concise guidance.

· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.

· Know-how of current product updates and service changes.

Qualifications:

· Education: 3-year diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, or IT.

· Experience: Fresh graduates or experienced candidates are both welcome.

· Age Limit: 32 to 35 years.

· Gender: Male candidates only.

· Other Requirements: Must own a motorcycle (mandatory) and possess a valid driving license.

Salary:

PKR 37,000 per month

Additional Information:

Applicants must be based in Rawalpindi or Islamabad. Applications from outside these cities will not be considered.
