In this role, you will be the primary engine behind our customers' operational success, directly impacting how construction firms manage critical Payroll and Accounts Payable functions. You will have the unique opportunity to blend traditional financial expertise with modern Generative AI techniques, shaping a more efficient future for enterprise application support and customer reliability.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
  • Master the intersection of finance and tech by resolving complex Payroll (PR) and Accounts Payable (AP) software challenges.
  • Harness the power of Generative AI tools to rapidly research technical solutions and craft high-quality customer communications.
  • Orchestrate critical escalations across departments to ensure our global construction partners remain productive and satisfied.
  • Uphold rigorous data privacy standards while implementing innovative AI-driven support strategies.
  • Champion customer success by transforming technical hurdles into seamless software experiences.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in customer support with a natural talent for solving complex technical problems.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and a comfort level working with AI-powered support tools or chatbots.
  • Exceptional communication skills and an interpersonal mindset that puts the customer first.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed to meet customer demands and project deadlines.
Bonus Points For
  • Experience with Payroll, AP / Accounts Payable, and HR functions.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Construction Management
  • Hands-on experience with Vista, ERP systems, or basic SQL exposure.
  • A reputation for being the "go-to" person for technical troubleshooting in previous roles.

Location: Lake Oswego, OR; Knoxville, TN; or Westminster, CO

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
