Technical Support Specialist (Remote)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to help our clients with their IT needs. This is an on-site position for someone experienced in IT, networking, and troubleshooting servers and computers. You should also be comfortable working with Azure, Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams), Microsoft licensing, VoIP, and PBX phone systems. Strong English communication skills are important.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide Support: Help clients with IT and networking issues.
• Fix Problems: Find and solve hardware and software problems quickly.
• Work with Clients: Talk to clients, understand their issues, and guide them through solutions.
• Keep Records: Document the issues and solutions you provide.
• Solve Challenges: Use your technical skills to handle more complex IT problems.

What We’re Looking For (experience in):

• IT, networking, and computer troubleshooting
• Windows Servers (Server 2016 and higher)
• Desktop operating Systems
• Microsoft Azure
• Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams)
• Microsoft licensing
• VoIP and PBX phone systems
• Strong English skills, both speaking and writing.
• Ability to solve problems and communicate clearly.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Requirements:

• Full-time availability.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 year of technical support experience.
• Performance-based bonuses available.

Shift timing

• Full-time availability.
• Monday to Saturday
• 6PM - 3AM or 8PM - 5AM (Pakistan local time)
