Technical Support Technician

• Minimum 2 years experience in software solutions, system integration, or technical support
• Knowledge of electronics, sensors, and data logging systems
• Device configuration, calibration, and troubleshooting
• Basic networking (IP, LAN/Wi-Fi)
• Remote and on-site client support
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Fluent in English (written & verbal)
• Strong customer service, reporting, and coordination skills
