Technical Systems ERP Engineer (SAP - PM)

We are looking for a skilled "Technical Systems ERP Engineer (SAP PM)" to join our expanding team and contribute to the continued success and growth of our strong brand and vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, computer science or a related discipline,
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ERP systems (preferably SAP PM),
• Experience in SAP PM implementation or support projects (full lifecycle preferred),
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling and asset management,
• Experience in industrial facilities, infrastructure or airport operations is an advantage,
• Familiarity with SAP integration points (MM, WM, FI/CO),
• Proficiency in SAP PM customizing and configuration, including maintenance planning and scheduling, reporting and KPI tracking in SAP PM, basic SAP debugging and issue analysis (preferred),
• Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office applications,
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage,
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills,
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders,
• Result-oriented, proactive and adaptable to dynamic operational environments,
• Committed to continuous improvement and effective cross-functional collaboration,
• Already or able to be based in Antalya,
• No military obligations for male candidates.

Job Description

• Participate in the implementation of the SAP PM module within the existing SAP system,
• Analyze business and maintenance processes and translate requirements into optimized SAP PM solutions,
• Configure SAP PM functionalities, including equipment and functional location structures, maintenance notifications and work orders, preventive and corrective maintenance plans, task lists and maintenance strategies,
• Support integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, WM, etc.),
• Prepare functional specifications and assist in testing,
• Provide end-user training and post–go-live support to ensure system sustainability,
• Act as a key liaison between business users, IT teams and external consultants,
• Ensure documentation of all processes and configurations,
• Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of ERP-related workflows.
