Technical Team Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Team Lead to oversee our development team and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding technical decisions, mentoring team members, and ensuring best practices in software development are followed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software solutions.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to coding standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Identify technical risks and propose effective solutions.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and adoption of new technologies.
• Monitor team performance and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Team Lead, Technical Lead, or similar role.
• Strong expertise in ( Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with software architecture, design patterns, and system integration.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
