Technical Trainer

Job Overview

LABUSA is seeking specialized instructor-led technical trainers and consultants to support an international institutional client as part of a cloud modernization and digital transformation initiative. Selected candidates will deliver high-quality, hands-on enterprise training programs between April and November 2026.

ResponsibIlities

• Deliver instructor-led training aligned with enterprise-level standards.
• Develop and/or provide structured training materials (slides, manuals, lab guides).
• Configure and manage hands-on lab environments.
• Conduct pre- and post-training assessments.
• Issue course completion documentation.
• Submit a post-training summary report.
• Ensure no more than two participants per workstation in lab settings.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of practical enterprise experience.
• Proven delivery of similar instructor-led corporate training engagements.
• Experience training DevOps engineers, cloud engineers, developers, or data professionals.
• Docker certifications.
• Kubernetes certifications (e.g., CKA, CKAD).
• Microsoft Azure certifications.
• Microsoft Fabric or Data Engineering certifications.
• Ability to design enterprise-ready lab environments.
• Experience integrating real-world use cases into training.
• Familiarity with secure cloud deployment practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with participants.
• Can support the onsite, virtual, or both training classes.
• Must be fluent in English.
