Technical Trainer

Job Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Technical Trainer to design and deliver high-quality training programs for employees, clients, or partners. This role is responsible for simplifying complex technical concepts, improving user competency, and ensuring effective adoption of systems, tools, or products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs (in-person and virtual)
• Create training materials such as manuals, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules
• Assess training needs and tailor programs to different audiences
• Conduct onboarding and continuous learning sessions for staff or clients
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
• Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and industry trends
• Collaborate with product, IT, and operations teams to align training content
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and technical support during training sessions
• Maintain training records, schedules, and documentation
• Continuously improve training methods and materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Education, or related field
• At least 2–5 years of experience in technical training, teaching, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of technical concepts (software, systems, or tools relevant to your industry)
• Experience in instructional design and curriculum development
• Proficiency in presentation tools and e-learning platforms
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Pay: QAR25,500.00 per month
