Job Title: IT Trainer (MCSA / MCSE)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified IT Trainer specializing in Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) courses. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, preparing course materials, and helping students gain practical and theoretical knowledge in Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and/or online training for MCSA and MCSE courses
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and lab exercises
• Guide students through hands-on practical sessions and real-world scenarios
• Assess student progress and provide feedback
• Update course content based on the latest Microsoft technologies and certifications
• Assist students in exam preparation and certification processes
• Provide technical support during training sessions
• Maintain attendance and training records

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Trainer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking, etc.)
• MCSA / MCSE certification is preferred or required
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Experience in classroom and online training environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Previous training or teaching experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:

• Full-time / Part-time (as required)
• Flexible training schedules (including weekends if needed)
