Job Description: Techno-Commercial Sales Executive
Location: Domjur, Howrah

Position Overview:
ARASPL GROUP is looking for a dynamic Techno-Commercial Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team at our Domjur location. The role requires a combination of technical expertise and strong commercial acumen to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, preparing quotations, and ensuring the seamless execution of sales orders while providing technical support to clients. This position also involves close coordination with internal teams to meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Domjur region.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Generate leads through direct sales calls, customer visits, and networking.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
2. Technical Understanding
Understand and explain ARASPL GROUP’s products/services, including technical specifications and benefits, to clients.
Provide clients with technical solutions tailored to their business needs.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure feasibility and meet client specifications.
3. Quotation & Pricing
Prepare and present accurate quotations based on customer requirements and specifications.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and payment schedules with customers.
Follow up on quotes and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
4. Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Regularly visit client sites to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Address client queries, concerns, and provide timely resolution.
5. Order Processing & Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, accounts) for order execution.
Ensure timely delivery of products and services, meeting quality and timeline expectations.
Prepare reports, track sales performance, and ensure sales targets are met.
6. After-Sales Support
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing after-sales support and addressing any issues.
Coordinate with service and technical teams to resolve customer complaints effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in techno-commercial sales, preferably in industrial products.
Strong understanding of technical products and solutions (Steel Industry).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to travel locally within Domjur and surrounding regions.
