Overview

ISTech USA LLC is seeking a rigorous and commercially-minded Technology Finance Manager to oversee the fiscal operations of our industrial technology hub in Mesaieed. This role is designed for a professional who thrives at the intersection of large-scale logistics, industrial tech infrastructure, and high-level financial strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring that our technological investments translate into measurable operational efficiency and long-term profitability.

Core Responsibilities

• Operational Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes for the Mesaieed facility, focusing on tech-stack maintenance and industrial hardware depreciation.
• Cost-Benefit Analysis: Evaluate the ROI of new technology implementations within the warehouse and logistics framework.
• Inventory & Asset Management: Oversee the financial tracking of high-value technological assets and warehouse equipment stored and utilized on-site.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate and manage financial terms with technology providers and local contractors to ensure cost-efficiency.
• Compliance & Audit: Maintain strict adherence to Qatari financial regulations and corporate ISTech USA standards, ensuring all site-specific records are audit-ready.

Candidate Profile

• Professional Background: 7+ years of experience in finance management, ideally within the industrial, logistics, or technology sectors.
• Financial Expertise: Proven track record in managing complex budgets, CAPEX/OPEX analysis, and financial modeling.
• Technical Integration: Ability to utilize advanced ERP systems and data management tools to streamline financial reporting.
• Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial data to both local site management and international stakeholders.
• Logistics Acumen: Familiarity with the financial nuances of operating within an industrial city or special economic zone.

Pay: QAR35,000.00 per month
