Role Summary

We’re looking for an entry-level Technology Manager who is excited to own and improve the systems that keep our business running. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with strong technical skills and an interest in applying them in a business environment. You’ll manage our core software platforms, optimize processes, and lead special projects—including developing and testing in-house AI tools.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and support agency systems (AMS, CRM, carrier portals, internal tools).
• Streamline workflows and implement process automation across teams.
• Lead special projects in AI-related software development and integration.
• Troubleshoot system issues and serve as the primary liaison with vendors.
• Provide staff training and documentation on technology use.
• Research, recommend, and roll out new tools that improve efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred).
• Coding experience (Python, or similar) strongly preferred.
• Ability to analyze problems, design solutions, and manage projects.
• Strong communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical users.
• Self-starter who’s eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced business.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 (DOE)
