Position: Female HR Assistant (Night Shift)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Location: Lahore
Transportation: Pick & Drop service provided

Key Responsibilities

• Assist recruitment & onboarding processes (screen resumes, schedule interviews, prepare documents)
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and files
• Coordinate HR-related communications with staff and management
• Support performance reviews, training schedules, and policy implementation
• Help enforce company culture & core values among staff
• Handle general administrative and HR support tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with people
• Ability to work night shift (6 PM – 3 AM) reliably
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Comfortable working in a BPO / outsourcing environment
• Female candidate only
